We encourage you to share your support of our proposal with the Planning Commission. Please make sure to include a few sentences in your submission about what items are important to you. Personal sentiments will definitely enhance your impact!
To support your efforts, we have created template documents you can use to send in your comment! If you have comments on BOTH the Facilities Amendments (Item 6a) and the Phase 3 ordinance (Item 6b), you will want to send in TWO SEPARATE letters and note the Agenda Item number in the subject of your email. There is one template for each item below:
