In advance of the 5/25/2021 Board of Supervisors meeting where the Facilities Ordinance is on the Consent Calendar, we have prepared a memo in which we strongly recommend revising the provision that sequesters cannabis sales at a cannabis event if alcohol is also sold, and creating a standalone Microbusiness permit to support the survival of small licensed cannabis businesses in Mendocino.
