We appreciate the meaningful engagement between MCD and stakeholders to maximize the potential value of the program. We hope the DCC responds quickly and favorably to the proposal, and we remain committed to working through any of their comments in the same collaborative fashion in which we worked on this draft. If you support our recommendations, you can use the following instructions to make either written or verbal comments.
